On a bright day after a storm, the afternoon light is very hard.
This picture was taken in front of the Scuola Dalmata, or Scuola degli Schiavoni, in the district of Castello during a Photo Walking Tour. I waited until the silhouette of the first person had completely filled the steps of the bridge. I paid attention not to cut the cross on the top of the white building, and the Moon was in the middle of the sky.
