I took this picture during the solemn funeral of Gennadios Zervos, the Metropolitan bishop of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Italy, part of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople covering Italy, Malta, and San Marino. Due to the epidemic Covid-19, everybody was wearing a mask and keeping distance, giving the celebration an heavy atmosphere.
